比較級と最上級
2つを比べるときは比較級、3つ以上の中で一番を言うときは最上級を使います。
作り方
- 短い語:
-er/-est(tall → taller → tallest) - 長い語:
more/most(beautiful → more beautiful → most beautiful) - 不規則:good → better → best
比較級のあとは than、最上級の前は the を置きます。
Tokyo is bigger than Osaka.
